pkfaudiec Global Transportation Policy: A Commitment to Safe, Efficient and Transparent Logistics 
pkfaudiec is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for global customers. We carefully select logistics partners and optimize the global distribution network to ensure that every item reaches your hands safely and on time. Please read the following policy details carefully to better understand your order delivery process. 
I. Delivery Area and Timeframe 
We offer delivery services to over 200 countries and regions worldwide. The specific delivery time varies depending on the destination: the usual shipping time is 15 to 30 days. 
Note:
- The time limit is calculated from the date of order shipment and does not include customs processing time;
- Remote areas (such as islands, rural areas) may have an additional delay of 7-10 days;
- Holidays, weather conditions or customs inspections may cause delays. Please refer to the logistics tracking information for details. 
II. Freight Calculation Standards 
The freight is determined jointly by the weight, volume, destination and service level of the goods. 
1. Billing Rules:
- Calculate based on the higher of the actual weight and the volume weight (formula: Length × Width × Height/cm³ ÷ 5000 = Volume Weight/kg);
- Example: The packaging size of clothing is 30×20×40cm, the volume weight = 4.8kg. Even if the actual weight is only 1.5kg, it will still be charged at 4.8kg.
2. Free Shipping Policy:
- North America/Europe/Australia and New Zealand: Orders over $50 - $120 are exempt from express shipping fees.
3. Additional Fee Explanation:
- Remote Area Surcharge: Charged based on the dynamic list of logistics providers;
- Fuel Surcharge: Fluctuates monthly (e.g., FedEx calculates it as "Freight + 7 additional fees") × Floating Coefficient);
- Special Handling Fee: For overweight (single item > 70kg), oversized items, or items requiring special packaging, additional fees may apply. 
III. Customs and Tariff Policies 
1. Customs Clearance Responsibility:
- pkfaudiec is responsible for the export customs declaration and provides complete commercial invoices, packing lists, and product certification documents;
- The recipient must cooperate with the customs of the destination country to provide the necessary documents for customs clearance (such as ID cards, tax numbers, etc.) and bear the import duties and taxes.
2. Compliance with Declaration:
- We strictly declare the actual transaction amount and refuse to underreport or overreport to avoid the risk of customs seizure of goods;
- It is recommended that you consult the customs policies of the destination country in advance or contact the customer service for an estimate of the taxes. 
IV. Packaging and Safety Assurance 
1. Professional Packaging:
- Use reinforced cardboard boxes that are moisture-proof and pressure-resistant, with bubble wrap and waterproof padding inside;
- Fragile items (such as jewelry) are packed in separate reinforced boxes, with a "Fragile" warning label on the outer box.
2. Logistics Insurance:
- All orders are automatically insured against loss and damage during transportation (up to 100% of the order amount);
- For high-value orders (> $500), it is recommended to purchase comprehensive insurance, with a premium of 2% of the order value.
3. Green Initiative:
- Promote the use of renewable packaging materials and participate in carbon offset programs. 
V. Restrictions on the Transportation of Special Items 
The following products are subject to international transportation regulations and may not be delivered to your area: 
- Prohibited items: alcoholic products, flammable substances, weapon replicas, living plants;
- Restricted items:
- Pure battery electronic products (requiring UN38.3 certification);
- Underwear and swimsuits (some countries require health certification);
- Luxury items (requiring proof of origin and authorization letter). 
Before placing an order, please confirm the import policies in your region. The return shipping costs resulting from the embargo will be borne by the customer. 
VI. Order Tracking and After-Sales Service 
1. Full tracking:
- After shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, which can be checked in real time through the official website or the logistics provider's website (such as DHL, UPS);
- Support for 18 languages for inquiries, covering over 95% of routes.
2. Delay and lost package handling:
- If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time by 7 days, you can apply for a delay investigation;
- After confirming the loss of the package, we will initiate the claim within 3 working days and either re-ship or refund.
3. After-sales support:

VII. Liability and Compensation Limitations 
1. Force Majeure:
- We will not be liable for any delays caused by natural disasters, wars, strikes or sudden changes in customs policies;
2. Scope of Claims:
- Claims can only be made within 30 days after shipment;
- Photos of damaged goods, proof of logistics receipt and order information must be provided;
- The compensation amount is capped at the sum of the value of the goods and the shipping cost (excluding customs duties).
