I. Scope of Application and Validity Period
1. Seven-day no-reason return policy
- According to the "Consumer Rights Protection Law", you can apply for a no-reason return within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods (based on the logistics receipt time).
- Exceptional items: Custom-made items, intimate underwear, swimwear, and discounted clearance items (with clear indication "return and exchange not supported") are not eligible for no-reason return.
2. Return and exchange for quality issues
- If the product has quality problems (such as damage, fraying, severe color difference, etc.), please contact the customer service within 15 days of receipt to apply for a return or exchange.
II. Return and Exchange Conditions Requirements
1. The goods must be in good condition.
- The goods have not been worn, washed, or modified. The tags, labels, and packaging are intact and not removed.
- When trying on, do not remove the tags to avoid staining with cosmetics or perfume.
2. Certificates are required.
- Please provide order information, product photos or videos (clearly showing any quality issues if necessary).
3. Special instructions
- Promotional suit goods: Partial returns may result in the loss of discounts. The refund amount will be calculated based on the purchase ratio.
- Gifts/Discount coupons: When returning, the gifts must be returned or the cost of the gifts paid at the marked price.
III. Return and Exchange Procedure
1. Submit the application
- Log in to the official website or contact the customer service and provide the order number and a description of the product issue.
- The customer service will review and reply with the return address and precautions within 24 hours.
2. Return the goods
- Please return the goods using the original packaging or protective packaging. It is recommended to choose a trackable logistics method.
- Keep the logistics voucher until the refund is completed.
3. Refund and exchange
- Refund: After receiving the goods and confirming they are in good condition, we will refund the money within 7 working days using the original payment method.
- Exchange: If the problem is confirmed, we will prioritize reissuing the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will negotiate a refund or exchange for a similar product.
IV. Cost-bearing Rules
The quality issues of the goods shall be borne by the merchants and the return shipping costs need to be prepaid first. Subsequent compensation will be provided.
For the seven-day no-reason return policy, the customers shall bear the costs and the round-trip shipping costs shall be paid by the customers.
For incorrect or missing shipments, the merchants shall be responsible and will either re-send the goods free of charge or offer a full refund.
V. Notes and Reminders
1. The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Damage to the product caused by the customer (such as modifying the size by themselves, stains, etc.);
- Exceeding the return and exchange time limit or being unable to provide valid purchase voucher;
- Removal of product labels, loss of packaging, or significant impact on secondary sales.
2. Cross-border order instructions:
- For returns from abroad, it is necessary to comply with the customs regulations of the destination country. The customs duties incurred will be borne by the customer.
3. After-sales protection:
- If there is any dispute during the return or exchange process, it can be submitted to the court in the location of the platform for litigation resolution.
